Clarivate Analytics named a record-breaking 54 researchers from the HKU as ‘Highly Cited Researchers 2025’ on 12 November 2025. Notably, 14 of these researchers hail from the School of Clinical Medicine. This accolade recognises researchers who have demonstrated exceptional research performance and broad influence in their fields of research through the production of multiple highly cited papers that rank in the top 1% by citations in their field(s) and publication year over the past decade.
